Yoghurt soup recipe

Composition:

“Dəyirman” flour – 2 tblsp. 

“Şəhrizad” round rice – 1 cup. 

“Şəhrizad” boiled peas – 1 cup. 

“Bizim süd” yoghurt – 3 tblsp. 

“Sanitta” dried mint 

“Sərfəli” refined oil – 2 tblsp. 

Beef – 200 gr. 

Onion – 1 pc. 

Egg – 1 pc. 

Garlic – 1 clove.

Water – 2.5 l.

Method of preparation:

• Adding 2 tablespoons of refined oil, chopped onion, 1 clove of garlic and 2 tablespoons of flour to 200 grams of beef, prepare small meatballs.

• In a separate bowl, add 1 egg and 4 tablespoons of flour to the yogurt and mix well. 

• Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the meatballs, adding 2 tablespoons of dried mint and salt to taste. 

• Add meatballs, round rice and boiled peas to boiling water along with the yogurt mixture prepared in advance. 

• After our soup is ready, it is served on the table. Bon Appetit!
