Pastry (Bourekas) recipe

Tomato – 2 pcs 

Green pepper – 1 pcs 

Yellow capsicum – 1 pcs 

Red capsicum – 1 pcs 

“Bizim Bostan” peas – 2 tblsp. 

“Bizim Süd” white cheese – 150 qr. 

“Bizim Bostan” pickled cucumber – 3 pcs 

Salami – 250 gr. 

“Vente” sweet corn – 2 tblsp. 

Pepper – according to one’s taste 

Salt – according to one’s taste

Method of preparation:

• Cut the tomatoes and colored peppers lengthwise and add them to a deep bowl. 

• Add 3 pickled cucumbers and 250 grams of sausage. 

• Grate 150 grams of white cheese, add 2 tablespoons of green peas and the same amount of sweet corn and mix.

• Add the prepared mixture to the lavash, salt, pepper and oregano to taste and roll into a square shape.

• After pastry are ready, fry them in hot oil and serve.
