"Al Market" received the "Iron Fist" award.
"Al Market" employs war participants, veterans, and martyrs' families, for which the chain of shops received a certificate of gratitude and the "Iron Fist" award.
The "Al Market" store chain is a large family with approximately 800 stores and over 4000 employees. Following the outbreak of the war, more than 250 members of the family were mobilized, three of whom were martyred for the Motherland with special bravery, and dozens of employees were awarded orders and medals.
To help expand people's employment, the market chain conducted four "Open Door" days this year and hired over 300 individuals, 65 of whom are members of families of war participants, veterans, and martyrs.
"Al markets" won a certificate of recognition and a "Iron Fist" award as the most active participant in the "Employment Marathon" declared by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population for closely supporting the employment of family members of heroes who perished in the 44-day Patriotic Battle and veterans injured in the war; this process is currently underway, and two more Open Days are scheduled before the end of the year.
As "Al market" LLC, it will carry on this heritage by adhering to state policy, the notion of social responsibility, and the principle of solidarity.
