Our property criteria for AL Market are as follows: the property must be fully renovated, have an area of 180–300 square meters, and be located in a commercially suitable area, such as a central or densely populated location. It must be situated on the first floor of a residential building or in a separate building and must include a storage area. Properties located in basements, semi-basements, or on the second floor are not accepted. A three-phase non-residential electricity line is mandatory.
